yea you can still use them it wont effect anything

But, I seem to remember my dental hygienist saying that whiteners won't work on fills and repair work.

When bonded fillings are placed they are color matched to your tooth to look natural. The result is, after bleaching, you will see a distinct color difference between the natural tooth and color filling.
If you want to whiten your teeth, go ahead. Once you have your teeth whitened to the level you desire you can go to the dentist and have the bonded filling replaced to match your new tooth color.
