Whats that thing that you wear in your mouth to protect your teeth because i have fake teeth and play?

basketball and im scared it might come out and brake , i had my fake teeth for years its not those that you can take out and put back on whenever u want too.i play alot of sports and im scared something bad might happen.im only 17 and its my two front teeth which is bad.how much do they cost?whats the best to get (name brand)etc..etc.
