2 "fake" teeth in front that are bonded from an old injury - what if they fall out right before the wedding??

I have bonding too. Once I was worried one was loose, and my dentist told me bonding doesn't loosen...it will just fall out. It's very strongly attached, so I don't think it will be a problem. I've had mine (2 in the front as well) for almost 10 years. Their still going strong.





If you've been having dreams they're falling out...its because of stress. When you're stressed...its common to dream about teeth and hair coming out. Don't worry...they'll be ok. And unless they fall out like right before...you can get them fixed. Just run into your dentists office and be like "my fake teeth fell out...fix them now! I'm getting married tomorrow!" :)

Well im sure they have been in this long,why would they just fall out?I wouldnt worry about it.
Reply:just make sure right before the wedding that there is nothing wrong with them at the time.





and i would hope ur husband to be knows about the fake teeth. lol and if he does not let him know before hand incase something does happen to em and u kinda run off
Reply:Schedule a cleaning for a week or so before your wedding - that way, your teeth will be really clean for pictures, and your dentist can check the bonding (%26amp; have time to repair if needed).

Reply:If THAT is your biggest worry, I wouldn't concern myself. That's like asking, "What if the end of the world happens right before the wedding?" There's not much to be done about it right then! You just go with the flow, worry about the stuff you can fix and let the rest just roll off like rain water.
Reply:i aslo have a bonded tooth in the front. i think that you will be in the clear. i don't think that anything will harm your teeth the day of the wedding. just be careful on stairs and don't bite your nails or any string. that is what my dentist told me!

Reply:Don't borrow trouble. I think it's unlikely they would fall out right before the wedding. But if you're concerned about this, I agree with the previous suggestion to schedule a cleaning shortly before the wedding and have your dentist check the bonding.
Reply:I think you're overanalyzing, but if you're really that worried about it, ask your dentist for some bonding cement in case of an emergency- my dentist gave me some when I was having trouble with one of my caps.

Do you see where I'm going with this? YOU CAN'T THINK ABOUT "WHAT IF." If the teeth are secure now, they will probably be secure the day of the wedding. If you have any doubts, make an appointment to see the dentist a couple of days prior and have them checked. He can make repairs then, if necessary.
