I know that they are probably uncomfortable at first. I suggest you go back to your dentist and let him do all the adjustments necessary to make them comfortable. I went back 5 times!! Poor fitting dentures can lead to serious complications with the ridges on your jaw shrinking to the point of not being able to fit dentures properly. Keep them in and go as often as it takes. It should be unnecessary to use adhesives of any kind. These can also impede proper fit. Good luck! You paid a lot for them so they should fit well and comfortably.

Reply:If this is your first set of complete dentures, it will take some time to get used to them. It's sort of like taking away a pair of comfortable shoes and replacing them with wooden clogs. If you just got them, you may need to go back to your dentist to have areas on the dentures relieved if they're causing sore spots.
Reply:did you get the ceramic teeth? have you called your dentist that gave them to you?
Reply:Takes about a month or so to setlle and heal..u may need relining of plates after swelling goes down..use a good antibotic mouth wash..and have patience
